Ingredient Quantity
Chicken 500g
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Butter 4 tablespoons
Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander 1/4 cup
Salt To taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
