Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: In a large bowl, season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2: In a large deep pan or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
