Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Pork Belly 500g
Garlic 3 cloves
Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
Lettuce Leaves 10 leaves
Kimchi 1 cup

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Slice the pork belly into thin, bite-sized pieces. Crush the garlic cloves and mix them with the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Marinate the pork belly in this mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
