Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the tofu by cutting it into small cubes and setting it aside.
Step 2: In a wok or large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
Step 4: Add the chili bean paste and stir-fry for another minute.
