Ingredients:

Onion, finely chopped 1
Parsley, chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Cumin 1 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients well until combined.
  • Step 2: Take a small portion of the meat mixture and shape it into a long cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Place the kebabs on a platter or plate.
