- Step 1: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Step 2: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
