Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, oregano, and minced garlic. Add the beef sirloin and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later. Stir-fry the beef until browned and cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened but still crisp. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the reserved marinade. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
