Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until they are cooked through. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.

Step 5: In the same pan, add the soaked rice noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are heated through.
Step 6: Add the cooked eggs, tofu, and shrimp back to the pan with the noodles. Pour the sauce over everything and stir-fry for another minute until everything is well-coated and heated through.
