Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Step 2: In a pan, heat some sesame oil and cook the beef until browned. Set aside.
Step 3: In the same pan, sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, and mushrooms until softened.
Step 4: Add the cooked noodles and spinach to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts.
