Ingredient Quantity
Sweet potato noodles 200g
Beef 200g
Spinach 100g
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Mushrooms 100g
Garlic 4 cloves
Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • Step 2: In a pan, heat some sesame oil and cook the beef until browned. Set aside.
  • Step 3: In the same pan, sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, and mushrooms until softened.
  • Step 4: Add the cooked noodles and spinach to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts.
  • Step 5: Add the cooked beef back to the pan and mix well.
  • Step 6: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix until well coated.
  • Step 7: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot or cold.
