  • Cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).

Step 6:

  • Once cooked, remove the bacon-wrapped turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove the kitchen twine before carving.
