Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
