Ingredients:

Bratwurst 4 sausages
Sauerkraut 1 cup
Potatoes 4 medium-sized
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard 2 tablespoons
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Onion 1 small, finely chopped
Parsley 2 tablespoons, chopped

Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
