Ingredients:

Vegetables 2 cups
Protein (chicken/tofu/shrimp) 200g
Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Vegetable Broth 1 cup
Green Onions 2 stalks

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
