Caster sugar
1 cup
Cornstarch
1 teaspoon
White vinegar
1 teaspoon
Whipped cream
1 cup
Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, and passion fruit)
2 cups
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the caster sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture becomes thick and glossy. Gently fold in the cornstarch and vinegar.
Step 3: Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round mound. Use the back of a spoon to create a well in the center of the mound.
Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150°C (300°F) and bake for another 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.
Step 5: Once the pavlova is cooled, carefully transfer it to a serving plate. Fill the well in the center with whipped cream and top with fresh fruits.
