Ingredients:

Kangaroo meat 1 pound
Burger buns 4
Lettuce 4 leaves

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Form the kangaroo meat into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness.
  • Step 2: While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  • Step 3: Slice the tomato and onion into thin rounds. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  • Step 4: Once the kangaroo patties are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt slightly. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Step 5: Assemble the burgers by placing a kangaroo patty with cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Add condiments of choice, such as ketchup or mayo.
