Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: In the same skillet, add the sliced red onion and jalapeno. Cook until the onion is tender and translucent. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 3: Return the beef to the skillet and add the soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
Step 4: Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Serve the Lomo Saltado hot with rice and French fries on the side.
