- Step 1: Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Place them in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 2: Meanwhile, chop the cabbage or kale into small pieces. In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cabbage or kale and cook until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
