Buffalo chicken wings are a popular appetizer made with chicken wings, deep-fried until crispy and then coated in a spicy sauce made from hot sauce and butter. The dish originated in Buffalo, New York and has since gained popularity worldwide as a delicious and addictive snack.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings 1 kg
Hot sauce 1 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are coated evenly.
  • Step 3: Place the coated chicken wings on the wire rack and bake for 45 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 4: While the chicken wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
  • Step 5: Remove the chicken wings from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss them until they are coated evenly.
  • Step 6: Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
