Buffalo chicken wings

|Hot sauce||1 cup|
|All-purpose flour||1/2 cup|
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are coated evenly.
- Step 3: Place the coated chicken wings on the wire rack and bake for 45 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Step 4: While the chicken wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- Step 5: Remove the chicken wings from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss them until they are coated evenly.
