Ingredients:

Tofu 150g
Mushrooms 100g
Bamboo Shoots 50g
Green Onions 2
Vinegar 2 tablespoons

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a pot, bring chicken or pork broth to a boil. Add shredded chicken or pork and cook until it is no longer pink. If using tofu, drain and cut it into small cubes before adding it to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the meat is cooked through or the tofu is heated.
