About Tomato and Kale Soup with Paprika
Step 1: Prep the ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped kale leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 2: Sauté the onion and garlic
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.
Step 3: Add the paprika and tomatoes
