Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Scrub the potatoes clean and prick them all over with a fork. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Step 2: Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out most of the flesh, leaving a thin layer of potato attached to the skin. Reserve the scooped out potato flesh for another use.
