Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  • Step 2: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that the chicken is fully coated in the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
