Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  • Step 5: Gently fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.
  • Step 6: Pour the chocolate mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Step 7: Serve chilled and garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
