Cheddar Cheese and Chickpea Stuffed Pepper with Crab

|Cheddar Cheese||1 cup|
|Chickpeas||1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed|
|Crab Meat||1 cup, cooked and shredded|
|Bell Peppers||4, halved and seeded|
|Olive Oil||2 tbsp|
|Black Pepper||To taste|
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, chickpeas, and crab meat. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Step 2: Rub the outside of the halved bell peppers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Stuff each pepper half with the cheddar cheese, chickpea, and crab mixture.
