Ingredient Quantity
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Chickpeas 1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
Crab Meat 1 cup, cooked and shredded
Bell Peppers 4, halved and seeded
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Black Pepper To taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, chickpeas, and crab meat. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Step 2: Rub the outside of the halved bell peppers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Stuff each pepper half with the cheddar cheese, chickpea, and crab mixture.
  • Step 3: Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden brown.
