|1 cup shredded cheddar cheese||1 cup|

|1/4 cup all-purpose flour||1/4 cup|
|1 tsp mustard||1 tsp|
|1/2 tsp salt||1/2 tsp|
|1/4 tsp black pepper||1/4 tsp|
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Step 2: Add the diced onion to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until the onion is translucent and tender, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in the diced pickles and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Step 4: In a separate saucepan, whisk together the milk, flour, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Step 5: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
