Step 1:

  • Prepare a large pot of water and bring it to a boil.

Step 2:

  • Add Cajun seasoning, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass to the boiling water.

Step 3:

  • Boil potatoes, corns, and sausage in the seasoned water for about 10 minutes.

Step 4:

  • Add shrimps, crab legs, and crawfish to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5:

  • Drain the cooked ingredients and transfer them to a large serving platter.

Step 6:
