Ingredients:

Beef Sirloin (sliced) 500g
Broccoli (chopped) 1 head
Carrots (julienned) 2
Bell Peppers (sliced) 2
Onion (sliced) 1
Ginger (minced) 2 teaspoons
Garlic (minced) 4 cloves
Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoons
Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Salt To taste
Black Pepper To taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until it is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  • Step 3: In the same skillet, add the chopped broccoli, julienned carrots, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onion. Stir fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Step 4: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until everything is heated through and well combined.
  • Step 5: Serve the beef stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
