Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the short ribs and sear them on all sides until browned. Remove the short ribs from the pot and set aside.
