Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Short Ribs 2 pounds
Beef Broth 2 cups
Red Wine 1 cup
Onion 1, sliced
Carrots 2, sliced
Celery 2 stalks, chopped
Garlic 4 cloves, minced

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
